Job Description

Will be responsible for lead generation via both inbound and outbound outreach, emails and phone
Should possess zeal to make good volume of calls everyday
Must have Asia Pacific Japan or US market experience
3+ years of experience in Asia Pacific Japan or US market preferred
Should be able to handle initial customer interactions, do first level pitches and go through lead qualification process.
Fix up Appointments with IT Managers, IT Head and CXO's
Should be comfortable talking to HR/Recruitment heads of SMEs
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills in English
Should have an IT background or able to grasp IT concepts.
Experience in Service based Company preferred
Graduate/MBA in any stream (preferably IT)

Shift timings - 6 PM to 3 AM (US) or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (APJ)
